Refractory mortar for placing refractory bricks and plasters in fire environments. Made from special cements, selected aggregates and additives. 25Kg. bags of laminated paper. Storage up to 6 months in original closed container, protected from weather and humidity.
Features & Applications
- Erection of chimneys, barbecues, ovens, etc.
- Plastered in high temperature environments. (1200ºC).
Stands
- The supports must be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, etc.
- In case of heat, wind or on highly absorbent supports, it is advisable to moisten the support and wait for the water film to disappear.
- Do not apply to plasters or paints.
How to use
- Add water and mix manually or mechanically to a homogeneous and workable consistency.
- Build the brick factory according to the traditional system.
Precautions and recommendations
- Do not apply below 5ºC or above 30ºC.
- Do not apply with risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun.
- In extreme weather conditions (high wind or high temperatures) it is necessary to gently spray the product the day after its application.
- Commissioning 7 days, heating gradually.
